New Childcare Grants 2024 / 2025

We strive to provide competitive prices and excellence in childcare. All our children deserve the best.
We offer EEE grants to 2 year old 15 hours funded children, as well as 15 and 30 hours funded places for 3 and 4 year olds.

We will offer the new 2 year childcare grant of 15 hours for all working parents from April 2024.
Further more, we will offer the 15 hours grant for working parents of 9 months to 2 years from September 2024, and then continue to provide 30 hours funding from September 2025.
Our prices are calculated differently for sessional children (Babies and some Toddlers not funded), and for 15 hour and 30 hours funded children.

For more information and application, please visit: Funding Eligibility and Application.
You can check to see if you are eligible here: Check what help you could get with childcare costs
You can apply for 30 hours here: Apply for free childcare if you’re working
You can apply for Tax Free Childcare here: Get Tax-Free Childcare: step by step

If you are eligible, you can apply, you will receive an 11-digit eligibility code.

Before your child can take up a place at a registered provider, you must give the funding code, your national insurance number and your child’s date of birth to the childcare provider. They will check that your code is eligible for the particular term you want your child to start. In order for the provider to claim the funding, you must complete and sign the funding form from the nursery.
Should you become ineligible for the funding, at the headcount week you will be required to pay the nursery full fees.

Every three months you will need to confirm with HMRC (using your online childcare account) that the details entered on your application are up to date. HMRC will send email reminders for you to do this, but these can sometimes go into junk mail and can be missed. It is better for you to set your own reminders to do this, such as on a smart phone. If you do not reconfirm within the deadlines you will lose your eligibility, which means your child will not get the extended 15 or 30 hours of nursery funding.

The Deadlines Are:

  • 31st December for Spring term (January—March)
  • 31st March for Summer term (April—July)
  • 31st August for Autumn term (September—December)

The deadlines are set out by HMRC. You must apply for and receive your code or reconfirm your code before these deadlines in order to be eligible. If you apply or reconfirm after these deadlines you will not be eligible and your child will not be funded.
