We strictly follow strict safer recruitment procedures in assessing suitability of candidates. Our recruitment procedure involves obtaining previous employment references, as well as being required to undertake an Enhanced DBS check. We use a self disclosure form for any voluntary disclosures and any information given is assessed individually. If we subsequently find any information, we may submit this to DBS and or the police.
